The request of the User / Member will be evaluated as soon as possible and the necessary action will be taken.

In the application to be made by the User / Member to exercise the above-mentioned rights; the request must be clear, clear and understandable, the subject of the request must be related to the person, if the application is to be made by the representative, in this case, the representation authority must be documented, the identity, address and contact information of the applicant User / Member must be included and the documents revealing the identity of the User / Member must be attached to the application.
